UN 아동권리위원회가 디지털 환경에 관한 어린이의 권리에 관한 의견(General comment 25)을 발표했습니다.
어린이들이 디지털 세상에서 차별받지 않고 안전하게, 권리를 누리고 양질의 정보와 교육에 접근할 수 있도록, 국가가 어떤 노력을 기울여야 하는지에 대해 포괄적이고도 구체적인 의견을 제시하였습니다.

I received my Ph.D. in media education at the University of London Institute of Education(currently, UCL Institute of Education). My main research interests include children and young people's media and digital literacy practices in and out-of-school settings; teacher education and classroom practices for literacy and media literacy education; digital technology, media resources and textbooks for literacy and media literacy education, curriculum and policies for media and digital literacy; and digital parenting. I am the founder of the Center for Media Literacy Research at the Gyeongin National University of Education, working together with colleagues with multidisciplinary backgrounds for new approaches to media literacy in the age of digital transformation.
